Dalú
Ready to sell before the product exists
Dalú is a Colombian natural-cosmetics brand preparing its launch. They had a pre-launch landing design and a spreadsheet of 22 products, but no store, no photos and no final prices. We turned that into a launch-ready WooCommerce platform: a pixel-faithful home built with native Elementor components, a 22-product catalog with 26 variations, a checkout with a Wompi payment step, Colombian shipping rules and WhatsApp sales channels. In production 9 days after approval. Built for a partner agency in Colombia.

Modeled in WooCommerce from the brand’s spreadsheet, across 27 categories
58 of the home’s 68 widgets are native; HTML only for decoration
Home · header and footer · store · payments and shipping · sales channels · build and deploy pipeline
A pre-launch design, a product spreadsheet, and a store that didn’t exist yet.
The brand delivered a landing design built for its pre-launch and a spreadsheet of 22 products in 5 categories, many in several sizes. The brief, though, was an online store ready to operate with Wompi payments, and there would be no more material: no photos, no prices, no final copy.
- — No store in the design · the approved file was a pre-launch landing, so shop, product page, cart and checkout had to be designed in the brand’s language from scratch
- — Catalog without final data · 22 products with multiple sizes, but no photos, prices or final copy; the platform had to work with placeholders and be easy to complete later
- — Editable, not hard-coded · the design had to be rebuilt with native Elementor components, not pasted HTML
- — A constrained host · production ran on shared hosting with CPU and process caps that blocked the visual editor
Six systems, built as code in a local Docker environment, migrated to production and deployed through the WordPress REST API.
The store is complete end to end and waits only on the brand’s final catalog data.
- + Pixel-faithful, native home · 68 components, 85% native Elementor widgets, measured 1:1 against the design on desktop and mobile
- + Global header and footer · sitewide Elementor Pro Theme Builder templates, with a sticky header and a mobile drawer menu
- + WooCommerce in the brand’s language · 22 products, 26 variations and 27 categories generated from the spreadsheet, in Spanish and Colombian pesos, styled from shop to checkout
- + Payment and shipping ready to switch on · a custom Wompi gateway (card, PSE, Nequi) that holds the order and redirects to the brand’s payment link, plus a Colombia shipping zone with a flat national rate and free shipping over a threshold
- + Sales channels wired in · a sitewide WhatsApp button, pre-registration and contact forms, and social links
- + Infrastructure as code · Docker build, scripted catalog and pages, a full-site migration and REST deployments that kept production moving despite the host’s limits
- + Hybrid AI Coding · senior WebMinds engineering set the architecture and the bar (native widgets, measured QA), while AI agents implemented the generators, plugins and deployment scripts under that direction

Technologies & Tools
The tech stack powering this solution
Beyond the numbers, we delivered a system that transformed how this client operates.
A store before the catalog
Dalú went from a pre-launch design to a working store in 9 days; finishing it means adding prices and photos, not hiring developers.
Built to be theirs
85% of the home is native Elementor components rather than custom code, so copy, images and forms stay in the CMS, not locked in a developer’s files.
Shipped despite the host
A REST-based deployment pipeline kept production moving while the shared host’s limits blocked the visual editor.
