DYMM Ingeniería: From spreadsheets to a single source of truth
DYMM Ingeniería quotes, buys, installs and maintains HVAC systems for clinics, laboratories, offices and industrial plants in Colombia. Its whole process lived in Excel, SharePoint and email. In four months we built Dymm OPS: a nine-role ERP that takes a job from the quote — priced with DYMM’s own cost analysis and assisted by AI — to the requisition, the purchase order, the scanned warehouse release and the work order on the technician’s phone.

SWAP Translators invoices with the DIAN automatically through Siigo and charges in pesos with Wompi; IRS VIAL and ANT Mobility take payments with Bold, and Dalú’s store is ready to accept card, PSE and Nequi through Wompi.
Tax rules and legal validity
DYMM’s quotes apply the AIU regime with VAT only on profit, and IRS VIAL’s reports are signed digitally with a Certicámara certificate and full legal validity in Colombia.
Data protection under Law 1581
Esval publishes its privacy, terms and data-deletion pages under Law 1581, and Netthplus’s agent cites the data policy, editable from the panel, when it collects personal data.
