Muebles Marfavi
From storefront to showroom
Muebles Marfavi manufactures office furniture in Bogotá and sells by quote, not by cart. We rebuilt their approved design pixel for pixel in native WordPress + Elementor, migrated their entire Tienda Nube catalog (232 products, 9 categories, 570 images) into a fast, self-hosted showroom, and turned every product into a one-tap WhatsApp quote. Delivered and reviewed; the migration to the client’s domain is underway. Built for a partner agency in Colombia.

9 categories and 25 product-line tabs, loaded exactly as exported
Localized into the WordPress media library and optimized as WebP
The approved design, QA’d section by section against the original
In the catalog and mobile QA passes
Marfavi’s portfolio lived on Tienda Nube, an e-commerce SaaS, with every price set to zero: the company sells by quote, not by cart.
An approved design already existed, but as a single 6.7 MB HTML file with 7 sections, 8 product-line modals and 153 images, 44 of them embedded in base64. An approved design trapped in a file, and a real catalog trapped in a platform built for carts.
- — Platform mismatch · a checkout-first SaaS for a business that sells by quote; editing theme code depended on the plan, and access was blocked by two-factor authentication
- — Design not deployable · a monolithic 6.7 MB HTML with base64 images, emojis and embedded JavaScript, impossible for the client to edit
- — Catalog with no image export · Tienda Nube exports products as CSV (263 rows, 232 products) with no image column; the photos only existed on the live store
- — Zero downtime · the current store had to keep working on the domain while the new site was built and reviewed
We moved the project to WordPress + Elementor on A2P Hosting and engineered it as a pipeline: the static design compiled programmatically into native, editable widgets, the catalog extracted and migrated by script, and every call to action routed to WhatsApp, where Marfavi closes its sales.
- + Pixel-faithful rebuild in native Elementor widgets · editable by the client, not a pasted HTML blob; 15 sections, 29 columns and 86 widgets generated and published through the WordPress REST API
- + A product engine · a category drawer, line-by-line tabs and a modal product sheet with gallery for all 232 products, without leaving the page
- + Scripted catalog migration from Tienda Nube · CSV parsing, headless scraping of the live store (232 of 232 products) and bulk media upload of 570 images
- + WhatsApp as the checkout · a pre-filled quote from every product sheet, and a contact form that opens a ready-to-send chat instead of relying on email
- + Technical SEO and a brand system · custom title and meta, Open Graph, JSON-LD, XML sitemap, a standardized Elementor kit and a zero-downtime cutover plan

The invisible part is the pipeline.
This is mostly a frontend project: a one-page site with no custom business database, no payments and no AI in the product. The engineering lives in the pipeline: a static design compiled into a CMS, a catalog extracted from a closed platform with no image export, and a hosting move planned with no downtime. Roughly 30% automation and infrastructure, 70% frontend and visual fidelity.
Compiled, not pasted
A Python builder generates the Elementor tree as data and publishes it through the REST API. Native widgets for everything editable; HTML widgets only for the interactive drawer, navigation, form and footer.
Photos the platform would not export
A headless scraper read the live store; a first pass caught 114 products because of lazy loading, a second pass with scrolling reached 232 of 232.
From 1,276 KB to 59 KB
The original drawer carried its images in base64. Moving them into the media library cut its weight by 95%.
Emojis versus the database
The hosting database could not store 4-byte characters, so saving the design failed. An automatic conversion to HTML entities, plus CSS for button emojis, fixed it.
Clean data, as exported
Names, categories and descriptions loaded exactly as exported. 49 leftover 50 px images were removed, and a hash check found 229 unique photos out of 232.
Hybrid AI Coding
Senior engineering set the architecture and every client decision, while AI agents handled implementation with independent visual QA on every section. The full one-page build went from approved mockup to working site in a single day.
