Digital Solutions for
Non-profit

Software and websites for churches, ministries and non-profits that have to do a lot with very little: member apps that replace scattered tools, websites that keep themselves current with AI, event ticketing, consented messaging, fully bilingual content and online giving, on infrastructure a small staff can run.

Victory Vida Church: One platform for every member, leader and Sunday

Victory Vida Church is a Hispanic congregation in Lawrenceville, Georgia, in metro Atlanta, led by senior pastors Emilio and Luisita Schumann. Since December 2025 WebMinds has been its engineering partner: we built Vida Home, the members’ app and the staff’s back office, and rebuilt victoryvida.com so it stays current on its own. AI drafts the Sunday message page from the livestream for the team to review, the weekly newsletter drafts itself, and events, groups and teams flow from the app to the website in real time. Ten systems in production, run by a church staff with no IT department.

Victory Vida Church

The challenge

  • A small staff doing systems work · small groups, ministry teams, events, payments and communication lived in spreadsheets, forms and chats, and someone had to rebuild the website by hand every week
  • Content that got lost · the site overwrote each Sunday’s message, series pages were copies of each other with repeated episodes, and there was no searchable sermon archive
  • Communication without guarantees · one email provider with no backup, text messages failing silently, and no recorded express consent or suppression list that the server would respect

The outcome

  • A church website that keeps itself current
  • One platform instead of a dozen tools
  • Enterprise-grade plumbing for a church staff

Frequently asked questions

Can you build an app for our church members?

Yes. For Victory Vida Church in Lawrenceville, Georgia, we built Vida Home, used by 440 members, leaders and staff for 56 small groups, 24 ministry teams, events with tickets and audio devotionals, with more than 19,000 in-app notifications delivered.

Can AI keep our church website up to date?

Yes, with people in charge. On victoryvida.com, Gemini drafts the Sunday message page from the livestream for the team to review and publish, the weekly newsletter drafts itself, and events, groups and teams are read live from the app.

Can our site be fully bilingual?

Yes. Rescate 2000’s website has 377 Spanish and English content pairs across 8 pages, with a persistent language toggle and automated checks that no page shows both languages at once.

Can we take donations without a payment processor or a backend?

Yes. Rescate 2000 takes donations through Zelle: we cropped the ministry’s QR from a phone screenshot, optimized it and verified it by decoding it before going live, on a donation page that shows its 501(c)(3) status and EIN. Card payments are planned next.

How do you keep costs low for a non-profit?

For Rescate 2000 we built a static site with no servers or databases to maintain, and we donate its hosting through A2P Hosting, our own hosting company.
