How Georgia Prosthodontics Became an Implant & Reconstructive Center Online: Dental Website and Marketing in Atlanta

Georgia Prosthodontics is an Atlanta, Georgia prosthodontics practice specialized in dental implants, full-mouth reconstruction and esthetics, led by Dr. Carlos A. Castro (Diplomate ABP, Fellow ACP, President of the ACP Georgia section). We have been the practice's web partner for more than four years. Since June 2025 we have been shipping a complete dental implant center website redesign and migration: from the legacy Implant Option brand at implantoption.com to georgiaprosthodontics.com, with a proprietary design system, dozens of new clinical pages, end-to-end SEO and AI Searchability, GoHighLevel automations, and the web infrastructure for a 90-day authority campaign. This article walks through the strategy behind it; for the visuals, read the full case study.

WebMinds is an AI and software development company based in Atlanta, Georgia, that works with companies in the United States and Latin America. Georgia Prosthodontics is one of our longest-running local partnerships and a reference for what dental marketing in Atlanta looks like when the website is treated as a clinical platform rather than a brochure.

Key facts

  • Client: Georgia Prosthodontics, a prosthodontics practice in Atlanta, Georgia, with two locations (Buckhead and Duluth).
  • Partnership: 4+ years of ongoing web support, predating the redesign; the migration has been shipping since June 2025.
  • Scale: 50+ new pages, with 35 live and 14 in development, and the project keeps growing.
  • Structured data: per-location pages for both locations with full MedicalClinic and LocalBusiness markup.
  • AI Searchability: 4 AI engines targeted: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google SGE.
  • Print measurement: 11 dynamic QR codes verified one by one and a UTM convention for 100+ campaign links.

The challenge: a specialist practice on a legacy brand

For years the practice's digital presence ran under the Implant Option brand. It did not reflect the specialty level of a practice led by a Diplomate of the ABP. In 2025 the practice set a bigger goal: retire the legacy brand, build a true specialist platform, and turn an unprecedented cluster of recognitions (a Modern Luxury cover, Castle Connolly Top Dentist, GDA Action and ACP Georgia) into measurable patient flow, print included.

The constraints were real:

  • The digital presence ran on a legacy brand that did not match the specialty level.
  • The site had to grow from a handful of pages to a full clinical architecture: conditions, treatments, locations, team, technology, lab, patients and referring doctors.
  • All clinical content must be approved by Dr. Castro before publishing, on a live production site that cannot break mid-redesign.
  • The October 2026 recognition stack had to be converted into trust and measurable patients, including print campaigns.

Why a template dental website would not work

Most dental websites are built from templates designed for general dentistry: a homepage, a services list, a contact form. That approach fails a specialist practice in three ways:

  • It flattens expertise. Implant and full-mouth reconstruction patients research carefully. A generic page does not show the credentials, lab and clinical depth that set a prosthodontist apart.
  • It ignores clinical governance. A practice like this needs a workflow where every page is reviewed and approved by the doctor before it goes live or gets indexed.
  • It is invisible to AI search. Patients increasingly ask ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini for recommendations. Without clear entities and structured data, an AI engine cannot reliably say who the doctor is, where the practice is or what it specializes in.

That is why this project combines our Web & App Development work with ongoing Webmaster & Maintenance, plus SEO and AI Searchability.

What we built: a dental implant center website, not a dental office page

A Figma design system

We created a proprietary palette (primary and secondary blues, grays and beige), color and mono logos, and a component library with buttons and slider controls. Every page type has desktop and mobile templates. The look is meant to read as a specialist clinic, not a general dental office.

Full redesign and migration

We migrated from implantoption.com to georgiaprosthodontics.com on WordPress and Elementor Pro: a global header and footer, per-location pages, team profiles, service pages, clinical conditions and content for referring doctors. The legacy site is archived at a subdomain for continuity.

Clinical content governance

A master sitemap sheet tracks every page through development, review, doctor approval and publishing. Only approved pages are linked. Drafts stay visible for review but out of Google. That lets the site grow without risking unapproved clinical content in search results.

End-to-end SEO

The technical foundation covers the sitemap, canonicals, redirects and Core Web Vitals (via FlyingPress). On-page SEO is done page by page: title, meta description, heading hierarchy and internal links. Every clinical condition, treatment and location has unique copy. Nothing is boilerplate.

Rich structured data

We implemented MedicalBusiness, MedicalClinic and Dentist entities for both locations, a Person entity for Dr. Castro with his credentials, FAQPage markup across clinical pages and Service markup per treatment, all validated.

AI Searchability (AEO)

Answer engine optimization means making content easy for AI assistants to parse and cite. We modeled entity relationships so LLM search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google SGE) can parse "who, where, what and credentials" cleanly. robots.txt is tuned for AI crawlers, and FAQ and knowledge markup are designed to be the quoted answer.

Local SEO for Buckhead and Duluth

Per-location LocalBusiness markup, NAP (name, address, phone) consistency across the site, Google Business Profile integration and location-specific landing pages for Buckhead and Duluth.

GoHighLevel as the CRM backbone

GoHighLevel is the CRM and patient-tracking backbone the marketing team runs today: web form capture, UTM and QR attribution, and call tracking. This is part of our AI & Automation work for the practice.

The authority campaign central page

"Atlanta Implant & Reconstructive Center" is the campaign's central page, with three design previews hidden from Google. It brings together the Modern Luxury cover, credentials, the in-house lab, both locations, an FAQ and two conversion routes: one for patients and one for referring doctors.

Print measurement and a branded Link Hub

We verified 11 dynamic QR codes one by one, decoding each and following it to its destination with the correct UTM, and defined a UTM convention for 100+ campaign links. A branded Link Hub replaced Linktree in the social bios: on-brand, measurable and out of Google.

Continuous webmaster discipline

Backup before every edit, desktop and mobile verification, and Playwright for visual regression testing. The stack: WordPress, Elementor Pro, Figma, GoHighLevel, Yoast SEO, GA4 and Playwright.

Timeline

  1. Before 2025: web support for the practice, the start of a partnership that now spans more than four years.
  2. 2025: the practice decides to retire the Implant Option brand and build a specialist platform.
  3. June 2025: the redesign and migration to georgiaprosthodontics.com start shipping.
  4. Ongoing: 35 new pages live and 14 in development, each through design, clinical approval and verification.
  5. October 2026: the recognition stack converges, supported by the authority campaign central page, verified QR codes and campaign UTMs.
  6. Ongoing: continuous webmaster support and growth of the clinical architecture.

Results: a specialist brand, not a dental office

The Georgia Prosthodontics case study documents these outcomes:

  • A specialist brand, not a dental office. The site now presents an implant and reconstructive center led by a specialist recognized by his peers, not another general dentistry page.
  • Built to be visible to Google and quoted by AI. Rich schema and AEO work target both classic search and the answers inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google SGE.
  • A platform that grows without breaking. Every new page passes through design, clinical approval and verification before it is published or indexed. Growth without regressions.
  • Print now gets measured. Every magazine issue, lobby piece and rep material arrives with its own attribution path straight into the CRM.

FAQ

What should a dental implant center website include?

For Georgia Prosthodontics, it meant a full clinical architecture (conditions, treatments, locations, team, technology, lab, patients and referring doctors), unique copy for every page, the doctor's credentials, and structured data for each location and treatment.

How do you get a dental practice cited by ChatGPT or Perplexity?

We model clear entity relationships (who, where, what and credentials), add Person, MedicalClinic, Dentist, FAQPage and Service markup, and tune robots.txt for AI crawlers. For this practice we targeted ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google SGE.

Can you redesign a dental website without breaking the live site?

Yes. Every page moves through development, review, doctor approval and publishing, and drafts stay out of Google. Backups before every edit and Playwright visual regression tests protect the production site.

How do you measure print advertising for a dental practice?

With dynamic QR codes and a UTM convention. For Georgia Prosthodontics we verified 11 QR codes one by one and defined UTMs for 100+ campaign links that feed attribution into GoHighLevel.

Does local SEO matter for a practice with more than one location?

Yes. Each location (Buckhead and Duluth) has its own landing page, LocalBusiness markup, consistent NAP data and Google Business Profile integration.

Do you work with dental practices outside Atlanta?

WebMinds is based in Atlanta and works with companies across the United States and Latin America. Georgia Prosthodontics is a local partnership; the same approach applies to specialist practices elsewhere.
