How KingdomPay Launched in 3 Months: Brand, Website and AI Lead System for a Payments Consultancy

KingdomPay is a faith-based payment-solutions consultancy that launched with a clear point of view but no brand, no website and no system to turn its network into booked consultations. In three months, WebMinds delivered its full digital platform: a complete brand identity, a production WordPress website with vertical-specific landing pages, two custom PHP plugins, and a lead pipeline that connects forms, a CRM and an AI qualification layer through Make. This is a fintech platform development story about the commercial side of a payments business: how a consultancy goes from zero to a connected ecosystem that captures, qualifies and follows up on every lead.

Key facts

  • Client: KingdomPay, a faith-based payment-solutions consultancy
  • Delivery: 3 months end to end: brand, wireframes, mockups, development and launch on one timeline
  • Brand: a 19-page brand guide covering logo system, color, typography, iconography, voice and application rules
  • Market coverage: 10+ industries served, including food and beverage, hospitality, retail, gaming, crypto and nonprofit
  • Solutions content: 5 POS systems presented under one gateway layer: LightSpeed, Clover, Union, Micros and NCR
  • Lead pipeline: FluentForms to Make to FluentCRM to Gemini qualification to automated email

The context: a premium positioning with nothing to show it

KingdomPay launched as a payment-solutions consultancy with a point of view: faith-based, premium, people-first. But it had no visible brand, no site and no infrastructure to turn its network into booked consultations. Every prospect lived in a spreadsheet. Every follow-up was manual. And every new vertical they tried to serve meant another story told from scratch.

In payments consulting, trust is the product. A merchant deciding who should handle its processing, gateway or point-of-sale setup wants to see a company that looks established and speaks to its industry. Without a brand and a site, even a strong personal network has nowhere to send people.

The starting point, in short:

  • No brand system. Logo, type, color and voice were all undefined.
  • No digital presence to validate the premium positioning.
  • Manual lead capture, qualification and follow-up.
  • Serving 10+ verticals with no scalable way to speak to each one.

Why a template site and a generic CRM setup would not have been enough

The quick route for a new consultancy is a template website and a contact form that lands in an inbox. That gets a page online, but it does not solve the real problems. A template does not create a brand system. A form that sends an email does not qualify anyone. And one generic homepage cannot speak credibly to a restaurant owner, a hotel, a retailer and a crypto business at the same time.

KingdomPay needed three things to work together from day one: a brand that matched the human quality of its sales conversations, a website that could address each vertical without rebuilding the funnel every time, and a backend that moved every new lead from capture to qualification to follow-up without manual work in the middle. That combination is what we deliver through custom web development and integrations: separate tools only when they are wired into one platform.

Fintech platform development: one connected ecosystem in three months

We delivered the full stack in three months. You can see the brand, the website and the automation on the KingdomPay case study page.

Brand identity and a 19-page guide

We designed a complete brand identity: a logo system with a crown and shield mark plus wordmark, a color palette of five Pantone-matched tones, typography, iconography and voice. Everything is documented in a 19-page brand guide with application rules, so the brand stays consistent as the company grows. The brand system and screens live together in Figma as one source of truth.

A production website on WordPress

The marketing site runs on WordPress and includes vertical-specific landing pages. Its Solutions page presents POS integrations, payment processors and a gateway and API offering, including five POS systems (LightSpeed, Clover, Union, Micros and NCR) under one gateway layer. The site is fully responsive: same system, every device.

Vertical-specific landing pages

Instead of one generic story, the site speaks to each industry KingdomPay serves: food and beverage, hospitality, retail, gaming, crypto, nonprofit and transportation, among others. Because every vertical runs on the same chassis, adding a new one does not mean rebuilding the funnel.

Two custom PHP plugins

We built two custom WordPress plugins in PHP:

  • A daily scripture insert, a widget that reflects the faith-based identity at the core of the brand.
  • An interactive savings calculator, a fee-savings estimator delivered as a custom WordPress shortcode, so it can be placed on any landing page.

A calculator like this is a useful pattern for any payments business in general: it gives the prospect a concrete reason to start a conversation, and it can live on every vertical page without duplicating code.

Lead pipeline with AI qualification

The backend is wired to a CRM through Make. The flow is FluentForms to Make to FluentCRM to Gemini qualification to automated email. In the Make scenario, a webhook receives the submission, variables are set, Gemini qualifies the lead and returns structured JSON, and the scenario composes and sends the email.

The result is an AI layer that qualifies and routes every new lead the moment it lands. This is the kind of practical AI automation we recommend for service businesses: AI handles the repetitive middle of the funnel, and people handle the conversation.

The stack

  • WordPress as the CMS
  • Custom PHP for the two plugins
  • Figma for brand and interface design
  • Make for automation
  • FluentForms for forms
  • FluentCRM for CRM and email
  • Google Gemini for AI lead qualification

Custom code is concentrated where it adds something specific to KingdomPay: the scripture insert and the savings calculator. The rest of the platform is a set of proven tools, wired together into one flow.

Timeline

KingdomPay was delivered end to end in three months, on one timeline:

  1. Brand: identity, logo system, palette, typography, voice and the 19-page guide.
  2. Wireframes: structure of the site and the vertical-specific landing pages.
  3. Mockups: visual design of every screen in Figma, on the same source of truth as the brand.
  4. Development: the WordPress site, the two custom PHP plugins and the FluentForms, Make, FluentCRM and Gemini pipeline.
  5. Launch: the brand, the site and the lead system delivered as one platform.

Results

The impact, as documented in the case, without invented metrics:

  • Launched as a brand, not a startup. From day one, KingdomPay looked and operated like a company three years in. Prospects landed on a premium surface that matched the human quality of the sales conversation.
  • One platform, ten verticals. The system speaks to food and beverage, hospitality, retail, gaming, crypto, nonprofit and transportation from the same chassis. Adding a vertical no longer means rebuilding the funnel.
  • Human time back where it counts. Automated qualification and routing removed the manual middle. The team spends its time on the consultation itself, the one place a human beats a system every time.

FAQ

What does fintech platform development include for a payments consultancy?

For KingdomPay it meant the full commercial platform: brand identity, a WordPress website with vertical landing pages, custom plugins such as a savings calculator, and an automated lead pipeline with AI qualification. It is the layer that turns a network into booked consultations.

How does the AI lead qualification work?

A form submission in FluentForms triggers a Make scenario. Gemini qualifies the lead and returns structured JSON, the contact is managed in FluentCRM, and an email is composed and sent automatically. Every new lead is qualified and routed the moment it lands.

Can one website speak to many industries?

Yes. KingdomPay's site serves 10+ verticals from the same chassis, with vertical-specific landing pages. Adding a new vertical does not require rebuilding the funnel.

How long does a brand and website launch like this take?

KingdomPay's brand, wireframes, mockups, development and launch were delivered in three months on one timeline.

Why custom WordPress plugins instead of off-the-shelf ones?

The scripture insert and the savings calculator are specific to KingdomPay's identity and offer. Building them as lightweight custom plugins keeps them on-brand and reusable across every landing page through a shortcode.

Where is WebMinds based?

WebMinds is an AI and software development company based in Atlanta, Georgia, that builds AI agents, custom software and business automation for companies in the United States and Latin America. Founded in 2024 by Julio Castro, it works in English and Spanish.
